1. Овощные страдания

Тот самый пресловутый «капустный листок в день» и «я не козел, чтобы жевать зелень». Однако для любителей свежих продуктов, не имеющих проблем с пищеварением, очень даже подойдет.

2. Монодиеты

Относятся к жестким, так как даже при выборе самого любимого продукта вызывают серьезнейший дефицит питательных веществ. Подойдут для тех, кто не любит выяснять предпочтения в продуктах и надолго задумываться, что можно и что нельзя, у прилавка в магазине.

3. Ограничение по времени питания

Один из наиболее ранних вариантов жестких диет. Как правило, разграничиваются утренний и дневной прием пищи (в разных системах даже можно  есть сладкое – но только до 12 дня), вечерний же – ограничивается или вовсе отменяется. Приводит к замедлению метаболизма, заставляет длительное время испытывать голод.

4. «Всего понемногу»

Три чайных ложки овсянки с одной изюминкой «для вкуса», пять перекусов размером в одну виноградинку или три ягодки земляники, и вот уже вес уходит очень быстро. Одна проблема: чтобы купить ингредиенты для всех «перекусов» и «обедов», понадобится ангельское терпение.

5. Жесткое ограничение по параметрам

Ограничивают себя обычно в калорийности, «белковости» или «углеводности», гликемическому индексу и другим параметрам.

Если вы с детства дружите с калькулятором, вам подойдут жесткие диеты с подсчетом «отвоеванных» у вашего тела «очков».

В качестве систем отсчета используются количество калорий (в жестких диетах для быстрого похудения их, как правило, около 1200), содержания белков, углеводов, ГИ, других параметров.

 В каких случаях для похудения нужна жесткая диета?

  • Чтобы привести себя в порядок в ограниченное время. Быстро «подобраться» к отпуску или пляжному сезону, к съемкам или к новой работе вполне реально – и за такой результат жесткие диеты очень ценятся.

    • Не приступайте к жесткой диете, если у вас есть серьезные хронические заболевания.

    • Не используйте питание с очень серьезными ограничениями дольше 2-3 недель.

    «Старт» дан? Переходите на более щадящий режим питания.

    • Не садитесь на малокалорийное и особенно – однообразное питание, не сходив к врачу.

    Сначала убедитесь, что вам это по силам – например, анализы в норме. Особое внимание нужно уделить щитовидной железе и женским гормонам – они могут провоцировать набор веса, даже если вы выбираете особо жесткий стиль ограничений.

    • Тщательно следите за самочувствием!

    «Голодная» гипогликемическая кома также не украсит ваш образ и помешает сделать красивые «селфи», например, в больнице. Будьте бережны и внимательны к себе!

    • При первой же возможности переходите на здоровое питание.
